Raflan Haji Hasymara, 45 years old, is a corporate figure who currently holds the position of Group Chief Executive Officer (GCEO) of the Tamayug Group. With more than 16 years of experience in the field of consulting, he is known as a visionary leader and has deep expertise in organizational development strategies and business management.

Raflan's career began in 2010 when he established the ICT Consult Centre, an innovative platform for technology skills development. After three years, he stepped into a more challenging role as Co-Founder of MTC Academy Center (2013–2016), where he played a key role in training skilled manpower. In 2016, Raflan was appointed as Principal Consultant at Borneo Trade Empire Sdn Bhd, before joining Aryan Resources as Managing Director from 2021 to 2022.

In 2023, Raflan continued his excellent momentum by joining Pintasan Borneo Sdn Bhd as Managing Director. Under his leadership, the company grew rapidly, becoming one of the major players in the infrastructure development sector in Borneo. His strategic leadership was further recognized when he was appointed CEO of Kumpulan Tamayug Sdn Bhd.

Executive Director - West Malaysia & Strategic Partnerships

Zaiman Abd Manap is a seasoned executive and multidisciplinary professional with extensive experience spanning corporate leadership, regulatory governance, academia, media, and strategic consultancy. He holds a Bachelor's degree in Accounting from De Montfort University, United Kingdom.

He began his professional journey in academia as a Lecturer, contributing to academic development and human capital advancement. He subsequently transitioned into research and consultancy, strengthening his expertise in analytical advisory services and strategic evaluation.

He has held several key leadership and managerial positions in both private and public sectors, reflecting a strong capability in financial analysis, media research, institutional governance, stakeholder engagement, and industry development initiatives.

He is recognized for his strong expertise in market research, strategic planning, business development, and project management, with a consistent ability to translate analytical insights into effective organizational strategies.

Managing Director & Group CEO

Rashid Rahman is a strategic business and project development professional with over 10 years of experience in structuring and facilitating project acquisition strategies across multiple sectors.

He has been actively involved in coordinating high-level engagements between project proponents, investors, and key stakeholders, playing a critical role in aligning interests and enabling project progression from early-stage discussions to structured development phases.

Additionally, he is also the CEO of Rasmira Resources Sdn Bhd, a company that focuses on the construction and supply sectors, thereby strengthening his capabilities in the practical implementation of projects on the ground.

Executive Director – Borneo Region

An experienced corporate figure, currently holding the position of Executive Chairman of the Tamayug Group. Aged 62, he has more than two decades of experience in consulting, making him a respected leader in the industry.

His career began as a Non-Executive Director at Syarikat Jendela Kukuh Sdn Bhd (2017–2019), where he was involved in advising top management on strategic direction. He was subsequently appointed as President of the East Malaysia Region at Syarikat Sipitang Energy Sdn Bhd (2019–2022), as an advisor for the procurement of large projects supporting development in Sabah.

Now as Executive Chairman of the Tamayug Group, he focuses on expanding the company's reach locally and internationally. Under his leadership, the Tamayug Group has strengthened its position in strategic consulting and major project development in Sabah.

He is known for his innovative approach that emphasizes operational effectiveness and long-term value creation for shareholders, inspiring a new generation of industry leaders.

Executive Director - Business Development Strategy

Wan Ahmad Faizal, aged 53, serves as the Executive Director of Rentaka Borneo Holdings Berhad, bringing over 25 years of leadership across the financial services and commercial sectors. He holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Financial and Legal Studies from Sheffield Hallam University, UK, and an MBA from Universiti Malaya.

Specialising in cross-border business development and high-level government liaison, he has facilitated foreign investment proposals and coordinated discussions with various state authorities since 2018. His current strategic roles include serving as a Director of CMKC Co Ltd (a Korean Consortium) and as an Associate Partner for an oil and gas company.

As the founder and Chairman of WAF Group under Etiqa Family Takaful Berhad, he is dedicated to developing takaful entrepreneurs and providing expert guidance in takaful and estate planning. His leadership also extends to professional advocacy, having previously served as the First Vice President of the Takaful Agents Association (WATAKMAS), representing over 15,000 members nationwide. This combination of commercial expertise and strategic leadership allows him to provide invaluable insight across the entrepreneurship, financial and estate planning, and investment sectors.
